Nähe zum Atlantik-Strand

Unterm Strich gut. Lage zum Strand, zu Bäcker, Fischhändler/-Restaurant und Lebensmittelmarkt optimal. Wohnung etwas altertümlich ausgestattet. Vor allem die Teppichböden und Teppiche nicht zeitgemäß nzw. nicht so hygienisch. Schlafmöglichkeit (Bett) im Wohnzimmer für uns ok, aber vermutlich nicht für jeden Mieter.. In der Küchenausstattung fehlt vor allem ein gutes Schneidemesser.

Die Wohnung ist im Inserat sehr gut bebildert, alle Zimmer sind gut zu sehen. Es verwundert mich, dass Sie in unserem Gespräch keinen dieser Punkte erwähnt haben. Sicherlich hätte es eine Möglichkeit gegeben, die eine oder andere Unannehmlichkeit zu beheben.

Danke für Ihre Information und Ihren Eindruck.. Aber der Mietpreis liegt weit unter dem Durchschnit zu vergleichbaren Quartieren. Die Unterkünfte die auf der Westseite der Westerländer Strasse zum Strand liegen, kosten weit über 100.-/Nacht Euro und haben eine viel kleinere Wohnfläche.

Sommerurlaub 2019

Schöne Wohnung, die man gut mit 2 - 3 Personen bewohnen kann. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverleih und Strand.
