Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I unfortunately left a valuable chain in my room. When I returned to the hotel to retrieve it, I was told that nothing had been found. However, I clearly remember where I left it, and it should have still been there when the room was cleaned after our departure.This situation was extremely frustrating and left me with a very negative impression of the hotel. In addition, there was significant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Between the disappearance of my personal item and the lack of peace and quiet, my stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
