Private master suite with ocean view and close to the beach access. Private entrance to your room, Private parking available and very quite home setting. At the end of the historic Seaside Prom with 1.5 miles along the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Your unit has TV , work station , mini fridge , microwave. To clarify , we Donot serve breakfast.

The location of this VRBO could not be better. It was within very comfortable walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Seaside while being quiet and removed from the main thoroughfare.Communication with the host was prompt and clear.We would stay here again!

Very close to the beach and has a nice peek-a-view of the ocean from the arm chair. Comfortable and easy place to stay. Note - there is a stair climb, as the room is on the second floor.

Nice weekend in Seaside

Great weekend away at this property! Exactly as advertised, 50 yards from beach in Seaside, quiet environment for sleeping, good value for the price. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Beware – read the listing carefully. There is absolutely no kitchen. When I read mini frig and microwave I took it to mean “no stove” but it really meant was that there was absolutely no kitchen. There were 2 small appliances in the corner of an empty room. No plates, no cups, no glasses - no silverware or utensils – nothing that would make it possible to eat in the room. A coffee maker but no cups. A toaster but no plates, knives, napkins. I should have been suspicious when there was only 1 picture inside the unit! Even a motel room would have had more amenities. I do not recommend it.

I appreciated being in a quiet part of town away from the tourist shops and big hotels. Theresa is very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

Absolutely first class all the way. The kitchen is outstanding. Every appliance you could possibly need. My wife loves cooking and I could hardly get her out. Ha. Close to beach. Will definitely stay again.

All you need

Great location! The bed/bath combo was all we were looking for, didn’t need a kitchen so this place was perfect! Comfortable bed, big bathroom. No guessing at what to do or where to go.

Comfortable and convenient

Very happy with our stay. Clean accommodations, plenty of room, very short walk to the promenade and beach, easy parking, in a nice little Seaside town. Note that the unit has a fan but no A/C which is rarely needed

Great Stay!

Very cozy, comfortable, steps from the very clean beach. Anja? (Cleaning lady) was a delightful person and very helpful! Oh yeah-steps from the Prom with an easy walk to the action on Broadway. We picked the perfect weekend for the car show and the Sandcastle contest.

Clean & wonderful location!

The space was clean, roomy, and at a perfect location. Big, private bathroom, small dining area/table, and all the storage you may need for your stay. Wifi worked wonderfully for those who may need to do a little work inbetween relaxation. The ocean is a 3 minute walk and the rest of the attractions are a short 7 minute walk down the promenade! The host was delightful and made us feel at home. Such a lovely stay. Perfect for 2 people!

Great little apartment

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Theresa's place. It was very clean and modern, and the bed was comfy. It was very quiet day and night, and in a beautiful neighborhood a block from the ocean--with views of the ocean from the window. It's located at one end of the Prom--so not a lot of people and traffic around. Theresa was very kind and helpful and available. We will stay here again the next time we are in Seaside.

Oregon getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed with ocean view. Parking great. Did need soap for shower, when asked was provided timely. Would enjoy to stay again. Not sure if there was a steamer or iron available as did not request however not in the unit. Overall would definitely recommend.

So very pleasant!

Theresa is a rock star. We were so pleased with our room! It was just as it was described. So close to the ocean! 10 minutes to the Promenade and just another 5 minutes to downtown. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere, not having to search for parking!! We will definitely stay here again and again!

We had a great time, awesome value and a stone's throw from the beach! No ac though so it did get a little hot but there was a powerful fan in the room and it didnt get too bad.
