Langosta is fantastic

Overall, the property is nice and well kept. Unfortunately, the air conditioning quit working after about 12 hours. We left voice messages and texts with the property manager but no one responded. The balance of our time, we could not get the temperature below 82 degrees. It made it hard to sleep. Too bad-the unit itself is nice but the lack of air conditioning or response was very disappointing.

Hi Steve, thanks for your feedback. I wrote you a message as I never got a message or a Vrbo message from you during your stay. We have had back to back clients and the AC has never been an issue and I don’t know what could have caused it. I am curious on how did you communicated with me as we are known for our fasts responses and action taken.
