About this property

Romantic barn on the meadow path

Throughout 2017 we converted half the upper floor of an old Lieper village barn into a cozy and spacious holiday home in country house style and created a separate small holiday apartment next door.

On approx. 100 m² with a spacious living / dining area, three separate bedrooms and two shower rooms (with underfloor heating and towel warmers), you can feel "very far away" with a view of the meadows on the Oder-Havel Canal and relax wonderfully. You should definitely watch the regular visits of the deer, but also our "village storks" and - depending on the season - the cows of our farmers against the background of the nearby boat lift in Niederfinow. The view is simply wonderful.

In the neighboring building there is another small apartment with 45 m² for 2 people.

For 5 people, only the large apartment can be rented for € 95.00 per night (cleaning then € 60.00).

Super ausgebaute Scheune, sehr nett eingerichtet. Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, - Klimaanlage wäre angebracht, diese könnte von einer PV- Anlage gespeist werden, die Dachfläche ist vorhanden.

Radwandern im Odebruch

Ein Domizil in traumhafter, ländlicher Lage mit Blick über die Felder zum Schiffshebewerk. Einzigartiges Scheunen- Konzept mit seperaten Wohneinheiten und Gemeinschaftsräumen im urgemütlichen Ambiente. Das Objekt wurde mit viel Liebe umgebaut und Eingerichtet. Zwei eigene Parkplätze sowie Sitzecke im Garten mit Feuerstelle und Grill - was will man mehr. Die Familie Nebel sind sehr entgegenkommende, herzliche Gastgeber. Wir können dieses Objekt und die Vermieter sehr, sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Sehr gemütliche, liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit 2 getrennten Wohnungen in einer Scheune, die sich auch ideal als Abenteuerspielplatz für Kinder eignet. Mit Blick auf die Wiese und einem Frosch im hauseigenen Teich - was kann man sich Besseres wünschen?

Wunderschöne Zeit in Liepe

Das Objekt ist wunderschön und geräumig. Wir waren zu 7. und hatten alle mehr als genug Platz. Es gibt viele schöne Möglichkeiten doch aufzuhalten, sowohl draußen als auch drinnen. Das Haus ist außerdem super ausgestattet mit allem was man nur brauchen kann. Wir waren sehr, sehr, sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank an Familie Nebel!!!!

Überraschende Unterkunft

Hinter einer schlichten Fassade haben wir eine erstaunliche Unterkunft entdeckt.Immer wieder findet man neue liebevolle Detais und man kann stöbern und entdecken. Eine gut durchdachte Raumgestaltung und reichliche Ausstattung in der Küche hat das Wochenende noch zusätzlich zu einem tollen Erlebnis werden lassen. Ein wirklich gelungenes Ambiente,wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Best holiday experience

We had a wonderful time here. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a holiday with friends and family. The place is surounded by nature, perfect for hiking swimming and biking. The renovated barn has comfortable rooms and kitchens with all you need. All beautifully made and decorated. Lots of opportunities for relaxation: games for young and old. (Pool table table soccer etc )

Erholung pur!!

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch Frau Nebel verbrachten wir den Jahreswechsel in der kleinen, liebevoll eingerichteten, sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Hier fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten. Leider blieben wir nur zwei Nächte, in denen wir uns aber rundherum erholt haben. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein (bis zum Schiffshebewerk ist es auch zu Fuß nicht weit). Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder!!
