Mattress pads will be periodically checked and replaced when needed. Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure.

Wish we could have stayed longer !

First time staying in sunset island. Great beach community with pool & beach access . Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Townhome we stayed in was spacious & clean !

Sunset Island escape

I am from a large family who has OC reunion every year. Some of my family has stayed at SI, this was our first experience. the community is lovely, very family oriented with a lot of amenities, pool, with bar service, gym, convenience store etc. I am used to staying on the beach side, so for me, i missed the water view. Our property was perfect, very spacious and nicely located etc. My only comment is the properties feel dark, based on the porches on both sides. My family loved SI and our property that would consider buying there. Thanks for a great spot!
