Rate:
-from 1 October to 30 April: €75.00 per night - 3 nights minimum
- from 1 May to 30 June and from 1 to 30 September: €85 per night- minimum 3 nights
- from 1 July to 30 August: 95€ per night - minimum 7 nights

Decreasing rate for the period from 1 October to 30 April:
- 10% discount for stays of 7 to 10 units
- 20% discount for stays of 11 nights to 20 nights
- 40% discount for stays of more than 21 nights
