The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Pleubian, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 135 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a sofa, TV, dining area and sea view
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (80×200), which can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

A utility room is available in the basement.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.

Outdoors:
- A 40 m² south-west-facing terrace with sea views, complete with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 1,500 m²

The house is ideally located in Pleubian, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The beach is 400 m along the road and 250 m along the shore and footpath.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and in the private car park in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Paimpol, approximately 19 km away.
- Nearest airport: The nearest airport is Brest, 136 km away.
A car is essential to make the most of the region.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The wood-burning stove is in working order, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
- The office is not accessible.
