Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
"Schihütte", 2-room apartment 34 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Balcony 9 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The kitchen was renovated in March 2018. The key safe is located downstairs next to the garages. 50628-001395-2020

Dejlig stor lejlighed

Holiday lejligheden var dejlig stor og havde alle fornødenheder. Skikælder til støvler og en dejlig altan og masser af plads. Man bor lige ved siden af pisten, hvilket er et kæmpe plus - omvendt skal man være parat på at tage snekæder på, når vejene ikke er tørre, da man bor oppe i dalen. Lejligheden havde nøgleskab -så det var også supernemt at tjekke ind. Vi har været meget glade for at bo i Holiday - og vælger den gerne igen.

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für Skifahren ideal, da man in 50m auf der Piste ist. Infrastruktur gibt es aber ansonsten leider keine, man braucht ein Auto. Minus ist leider das fehlende Doppelbett.

Holiday

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage. Mit der in der Nähe gebauten Bergbahn ist man schnell auf dem Berg. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung etwas knapp bemessen, hätte man aber eigentlich wissen können. Die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt. Sogar eine Reibe und ein Mixer waren vorhanden. Das haben wir selten so perfekt erlebt. Die Betten in der Schlafnische waren etwas kurz. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Gruß Wolfgang
