Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Balcony 9 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The kitchen was renovated in March 2018. The key safe is located downstairs next to the garages. 50628-001395-2020
