Lovely apartment in desirable location - great landlords. Rear 2nd floor apartment in a Victorian house. Located near U of T and many restos and shops on College Street. Great location across from park (steps from a Metro store), small but lovely, private entrance through unheated vestibule, private laundry, LARGE deck off kitchen at rear of house, kitchen complete with dishwasher and integrated microwave. Junior 1 bedroom or studio with bed loft - there is one main living space, an eat-in kitchen, and a sleeping loft with a skylight and 1/2 closet.

Excellent Host, great apartment in a very pleasant neighbourhood

This is a nice flat in a great location. It is a good size, a bit bigger than imagined. The area is very nice, there is a park just opposite, and another at the end of the street. Central Toronto and Lake Ontario are within walking distance. The host is lovely and very hospitable.

Loved staying here. 2-5 minute walk to restaurants, entertainment, park, groceries, pharmacy. Property amentities are great - it was especially nice to have laundry and a full kitchen. Large, private deck. Highly recommend!

Excellent!

This apartment is in one of the best neighborhoods in Toronto, and is roomy, bright and clean. It has all of the amenities you could need, including a beautiful large deck. The hosts were available for anything I needed, which was not much, and responsive. Five stars!
