You’re a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars, where you can relax and have a picnic on sunny days. You’re also just a 4-minute walk from the Grenelle Bridge, perfect for a stroll along the banks of the Seine.

By metro, you can reach the Arc de Triomphe—a monument to the glory of the French armies—as well as the Champs-Élysées, Paris’s most famous avenue, in 20 minutes.

The apartment is large and spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

🔑 The keys to the apartment will be handed to you in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

🚇 You are located:
a 9-minute walk from the Bir-Hakeim station (Line 6).
A 7-minute walk from the Javel station (Line 10 and RER C).
-This apartment is available for rent under two different lease options depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.

1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, are in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, volunteer work as part of a civic service programme, job transfer, or temporary assignment as part of one’s professional activity.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total).
You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.


-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveller is at fault, the traveller will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
