This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so no assured in the travel law sense property of the apartment. We offer here a cozy 2-bedroom apartments (about 44m ²) in the attic of a well-maintained facilities. The apartment No. 8 is located in the attic of the very beautiful residential complex "Am Achterwasser" in 17459 Zempin, Dorfstraße 17. The beach and the center of Zempin are only about 10-15 minutes.
Guests can make free calls to the German landline network and use high-speed wireless internet access free of charge.
We rent apartments in Karlshagen, Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin and Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. With us you will find everything from the exclusive 5-star apartment to the cheap apartment. Many apartments have free telephone and DSL.

angenehm und unkompliziert
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben war das freundliche, hilfsbereite Entgegenkommen bei der Schlüsselübergabe, da wir erst spät in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Vielen Dank!

Es war alles da was brauchte für einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und man kann den schönen Ausblick geniessen, auf beiden Seiten. Man kann den Spielplatz sehr gut sehen und hat seine Kinder gut im Blick und im Ohr! Es war sehr schön...
