Our 3BR, 2.5B condo is directly across from private beach access. Just a 5 minute walk from the front door and shade of the covered carport. Living area and kitchen with a half bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has a private bath. Our unit has private balconies off of the Master and 2nd bedroom and a private porch with a gas grill, table and chairs and large grass area for family games. The North entrance to the complex is off of HWY98 which gives you quick access to all of Panama city. The unit can sleep 8 people. It has a full size washer and dryer. Covered parking at the front door for easy loading, unloading, shade and more time for VITAMIN SEA!
**Additional cost for $20 Parking, $20 wristbands for resort amenities**

Location is Everything

Location is great! Just a short walk to the beach. Condo is roomy and like that the washer and dyer are located next to entrance door and you have decking to sit at or in the carport area (we had a few raining days). Not sure what was going on the all the pools but they would close all of them between 8 and 8:15 every night but not supposed to close until 11 so that was a let down. The security is out at all times checking so that was a good thing. No body bothers any of your belongings that you have sitting out under your porch/carport area. This was our second year to stay at Horizon South.

Perfect family rental

Perfect family rental for our stay. We had a great time, the grill was very helpful with being able to prepare meals at home. The beach is a short walk from the rental. Overall great place.

Best VRBO Owner Experience!

The condo was in a great location for our family! It is easy walking distance to the beach and multiple pools. The condo is well supplied and in good working condition. One of the rooms gets a bit warm from the sun in the afternoon but was still good. We had the best experience with the owner ever and we have had many rental experiences! We will definitely try to rent this condo year after year because of our great experience!
