**** Three Bedroom condo****

Our three bedroom, two and a half bath condo is just the rental unit for your family vacation!

This condo is only a short four-minute walk to the wonderful
sugar beaches of Panama City Beach. If you get tired of the beach, you can enjoy the many family amenities located at the Horizon South Resort community.

This unit is the perfect condo for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach. Enjoy lounging on the upstairs balcony or grilling out on the downstairs patio. Surround yourself in the tropical colors and the coastal decor of the rooms, enjoy walking barefoot on the cool tile floors, and relaxing with your family in the large family room.

We have televisions in all the bedrooms as well as the living room plus a DVD player in the Master.

A full kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer enhance the convenience of this condo making it the Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

A carport allows you to park your car in the shade and an additional parking spot is available in front of the building if you bring a second car.

The condo was amazing. All the updates were nice plenty of things for the beach. Plenty of things for the condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Just really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Love the Horizon South

Owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly when we needed to reach out to her. My family enjoys staying at the Horizon South because a family friendly environment. Plenty to do on the property to keep the kids entertained. The beach is right across the street so it’s not that bad of a walk. We use to stay at one of the high rises but that hot old really quick. I didn’t like having to park in a parking garage then waiting for an elevator and then walking forever just to get to the unit. Horizon South will always be our number 1 pick!

Highly Recommend - Excellent Property, Location, and Host

We had a 5-Star vacation at this property. We highly recommend to anyone considering staying at this property. My wife, four children (5, 8, 13, and 17 years old), and I stayed at this property for a week. Alice was an exceptional host who responded quickly to every inquiry and was very accomodating. The condo itself was well equipped for all of our beach adventures (towels, beach toys, etc.). The condo is literally across the street from the beach access, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The condo was spacious, clean, and ready for our visit. The condo complex has several swimming pools and other amenities. The condo is also a 30 minute walk or a 5-10 minute drive to Pier Park and 5-10 minutes from groceries and other stores. It was a great first experience in Panama City Beach and we will definitely return to Alice and this property on our next visit to PCB.

I have rented this condo for the last 3 years and enjoyed it very much.

It is a spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, condo in a great location. It is not fancy, but it is nice and clean and has everything you will need for your stay. A pond and expansive grassy area are right outside your back door patio. It is very close to the white sandy beach and Horizon South has so much to offer for all ages, from tennis to pickle ball, mini golf to basketball, shuffleboard to horseshoes, pool tables and an exercise room, along with 4 pools and a large hot tub. Within a 5 minute drive, there is great shopping at Pier Park, many nice restaurants, great sports facilities at Frank Brown Park and golf courses nearby. You are only a 15 minute drive away from the Northwest Florida International Airport, which is very convenient and easy to access.

We are recently retired and decided that we wanted to be snow birds in the cold months of winter. We had been renting every summer and liked it so much that we bought the place. New at this business of renting but want others to enjoy this condo as much as we have these past 6-7 years.

Why they chose this property

We have 3 grandsons that have been coming here every summer since the youngest was not even a year old. They love this place because their dad is a "Steve Irwin" and always finds fish, lizards and creatures small and large.

What makes this property unique

This is a gated community and very safe. The Home Owners Association keeps the grounds manicured and the facilities in tip top shape. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and bars. We have a front and back gate which allows us to avoid the traffic of vacationers on the the main strip.
