Chablat is a small, quiet hamlet with 5 houses in the beautiful PERIGORD-LIMOUSIN nature park. Here you will find everything for a relaxing and varied holiday ... In addition to lots of sun and idyllic nature, countless activities and sightseeing opportunities, such as castles, museums, mills, historic villages, prehistoric grottos, antique and producer markets, concerts and of course plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities (also directly from the house), swimming , Golf, canoeing, horse riding, carriage rides, climbing, tennis etc.

The lovingly furnished stone house has been carefully restored to preserve its original character. It consists of a living room with an open fireplace, 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180x200), kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and bath.
Only natural building materials such as clay, lime, organic paints, varnishes and oils were used in the renovation. On 65 square meters you will now find all the comforts for a pleasant holiday.
In addition, a terrace and a private fenced garden with teak table, chairs and deck chairs invite you to enjoy the beautiful weather.
If you wish, you can also use our pool with a wonderful view in summer. Because of the beautiful view, it is a little off the houses on a small hill (1 minute with flip flops). There are also sun loungers on the large meadow to enjoy the sun, but also a few trees if it gets too hot,

Nous avons été bien reçu par Robert, le proprietaire. Son gite est bien agencé, de bon goût, spacieux, calme et bien placé pour decouvrir cette region. Nous avons, entre autre, particulierement apprécié le poele à bois et la literie dans la chambre. N'hésitez pas à decouvrir ce gite.

Ruhige Oase

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Mit seinem stillen und sonnigen Innengarten ist es ein idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der freundliche Gastgeber ist zwar immer ansprechbar, lässt dem Gast aber alle Ruhe. Wir könnten uns jederzeit einen erneuten Aufenthalt vorstellen.

Wir haben den zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem trotz Sommerhitze schön kühl gebliebenen Natursteinhaus genossen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und im Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.

Perfect

We recommend this place for anyone looking for tranquility, walks, bike rides and visiting villages of character and local markets. Plus if you are looking for excellent and affordable local restaurants, you are in for great surprises. The place is very comfortable, well equipped, has character and certainly cool during hot days. The nearby pool is overlooking fields and hills and offers a great site for enjoying sunsets. Perfect!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Haus war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung und wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es gab sehr viel genügend Raum, sowohl im Innen-, als auch im Außenbereich. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden, sei es für den Außenbereich (Sonnenschirm, Außenterrasse, Liegenauflagen usw..) Der Vermieter unterstütze mit Ausflugszielen, die alle sehr empfehlenswert sind. Im Großen und Ganzen spricht diese Unterkunft für eine hohe Aufenthaltsqualität und wir beneideten Robert, dass er dort sein kann und wir leider abreisen mussten. Insgesamt volle Punktzahl von uns. Très bonne impression. Séjour très calme et très tranquille pour les gens qui souhaitent se reposer, c'est l'endroit idéal. Un peu de mal à échanger avec le propriétaire d'origine allemande car petit barrage de la langue mais personne très très à l'écoute et vraiment prête à rendre tous les services possibles. Pour exemple un petit appareil électroménager de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, après lui avoir signaler, le propriétaire nous en a immmédiatement redonner un autre. Il a fait preuve d'une grande réactivité. Je tiens aussi à préciser qu'il ne manque rien dans cette location, balai, aspirateur, machine à laver, étendoir à linge, lave-vaisselle, parasol, transats, salon de jardin, barbecue, vélo. Il y a tout ce que vous désirez et le plus c'est la cuisine avec tous les accessoires possibles, très bien garnie. Et pour finir la décoration est soignée avec de nombreux objets chinés en brocante. Le ménage était très bien fait lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Agréable souvenir. Bonne continuation au propriétaire.

Idéal pour se reposer au calme. .

Chablat offres de belles possibilités pour réaliser une semaine de récupération entre randonnées culturels et gastronomie le choix est au rendez vous. Varaignes le village est magnifique nous y avons découvert des jeunes dynamiques entre la boulangerie l'épicerie la poste et l'antenne de l'office de tourisme qui ouvre le château pour une visite étonnante sur la fabrication des... Charentaises. Proche du gîte de magnifiques villages classés et des randonnées a foison assurées.

Un petit coin de paradis

Agréable séjour

Excellent séjour pour les amateurs de nature, campagne et calme. Accueil charmant du propriétaire, gîte authentique restauré avec goût et tout le confort moderne. Le jardin intime est agréable et reposant, la vue de la piscine est magnifique. Nous avons découvert le Périgord vert en faisant de nombreuses balades à vélo (VTT) sur de jolis chemins dans les bois et au milieu de champs fleuris. Nous recommandons cette location.
