Private, with separate entrance guest house. Fully equipped for all the basic needs, including a gated backyard with furniture and a gas grill. Minutes away from beautiful park, and attractions such as hiking trails and scenic drive overlooking our great border city. Close to downtown and quick access to highway.

Hello Mary, thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that the unit works very well and we also have an additional fan in living room area to provide extra ventilation. Also, we did offer to you to provide an antenna for the tv, in which you said no to. Our smart tv is equipped with all streaming apps. Thank you.
