At the gates of the Perche and 50 minutes from the 24 hours circuit of Le Mans; we put our house at your disposal.
It harmoniously mixes old materials and modern comforts.
With a living room of more than 50m2 with fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets; all on a plot of 8000m2 without any vis-à-vis in the countryside, with a private heated and secure swimming pool of 4*8 m.
Three ideally exposed terraces enhance the exteriors. A barbecue is at your disposal during your stay, as well as a ping-pong table.
For your comfort, sheets and towels are included. Wifi available as well as washing machine and dryer on request.
