Casa Bellavista is set in a former vineyard near the fishing and seaside resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The building has been restored with great attention to detail and with a special attention to the traditional Cilentan style. A total of 10 apartments are spread over the former main building and the three outbuildings.
The "Casa Bellavista" is about 60 square meters, suitable for 2-4 persons and is located on two floors in the former manor house. On the ground floor is the living-dining area with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower / WC. The apartment has two beautiful furnished terraces with sea views. Also from all rooms you can enjoy the view of the sea.
The appealing and cozy interior, the well-equipped kitchen, heating, woodburning stove and the facilities with satellite TV, CD player and Internet Wifi, the Casa Julia is also very good for a stay in the cooler season. In summer, the thick walls protect from the heat.
The house is surrounded by a 10 000 m² Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea and Punta Tresino peninsula.
The center of Santa Maria can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes or by bus several times a day.
