About this property

One-room apartment 13 - Villa Monika

One-room apartment 13:
The modern and about 46sqm large apartment is located in the 3rd. Floor of the house. Bathroom 2019 completely renovated with rainforest shower, shallow showering tub, designer sink, designer toilet. Living room newly furnished. With flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. From the two balconies of the apartment and also from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room you look over the roofs of the city and see the only about 200m distant Baltic Sea. Here you can relax from the first minute and go on vacation. After a day on the Baltic Sea or in the countryside, you can cook and recharge your batteries in the fully equipped kitchen or dine in one of the nearby restaurants. Your car will park for free at the house. For the small laundry there is a small washing machine, for the small food microwave, for the espresso a Nespresso. For the possibility to bring pets, please ask for the basic possibility and the costs.

The Villa Monika is located in the old town of Sassnitz, but is a recent construction. We have extensively renovated each of our apartments in 2019: Completely new bathrooms with rainforest shower and designer sanitary fixtures, new flooring and lots of new furniture. Some apartments have a great view of the Baltic Sea. Partly with balcony, always with free Wi-Fi and free parking / garage directly at the accommodation. Apartments 13, 14 and 17 Pets allowed for a fee and by arrangement, apartment 16 no pets allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 00:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
