Pensavamo meglio
Siamo clienti abituali e sempre trovati bene. Questo appartamento si trova in buona posizione purtroppo devo dare un 4 per la pulizia, polvere sopra i comodini. Luci lampadari non funzionanti e le abbiamo cambiate noi...Ciliegina sulla torta, sacchi di immondizia accumulati vicino al cancello pedonali che sinceramente non è un bel vedere.

Vacanza da dimenticare, totale disservizi, 14 giorni a fare da giardiniere e pulire l'ingresso (con tanto di danni ad abbigliamento) struttura sporca accoglienza pari a zero casa con 35 gradi interni senza climatizzatore e nulla, assenza di TV!! Prima e ultima volta che alloggeremo qua e con questa società!!

Sauber!
Es ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen Backofen was sehr praktisch ist. Unten hat uns neben der Couch ein kleiner Schrank gefehlt wo man seine Klamotten unterbringen kann und im WC unten wackelte die Handtuchhalterung enorm und müsste einmal festgeschraubt werden. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand, nur kleinere Mängel: Badfenster ging leider nicht zu öffnen, Klopapierrollenhalter war nicht fest in der Wand verankert, Kühlschranktüren von außen nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung - war alles zu verschmerzen. Wohnung in kleiner Reihenhaussiedlung, je Haus 2 Eingänge = 2 Wohnungen

Logement très sommaire mais terrasse agréable
À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé facilement la maison et aucun problème avec les clés. Par contre nous avons été surpris par l’odeur en entrant, en effet cela sentait le renfermé et impossible de faire partir l’odeur même dans les placards, malgré une aération constante !
Il manquait tout de même les basiques comme des torchons par exemple pour la cuisine, faisant le voyage en avion, nous n’avions pas pu emmener toute la maison, nous avons dû racheter tous les produits de base. Après cela n’est que personnel.
Les assises (lit canapé) ne sont pas très confortables malgré une taille convenable, de plus il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres
Le point fort, la petite terrasse verdoyante !
Plutôt agréable pour les repas (attention aux chats errants ;))
Néanmoins la vue n’était pas dingue, nous avions en perspective une autre résidence.
L’environnement et les alentours ne sont pas plus à couper le souffle. Nous partions donc en excursion tous les jours.
Petit truc, certaines indications n’étaient qu’en allemand (notamment pour ouvrir un velux) donc un peu compliqué.

Wunderbares kleines Appartement geeignet für 2 Personen
Das Appartement "Avodado" ist ein gemütlicher Standort für die Erkundung von Sardiniens Norden von der Westküste von Stintino und Alghero bis nach Santa Teresa di Gallura (in beide Richtungen ca. eine Stunde Fahrzeit mit dem Auto).
Das Appartement liegt in einer Häuserzeile mit weiteren Wohneinheiten, die meisten davon aber nicht touristisch genutzt.
Vor dem Eingang zum Appartement findet man eine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten die wir zum Frühstücken und Grillen (ein kleiner Rundgrill war vorhanden) genutzt haben. Von dieser Terrasse aus blickt man auf die davor liegende Häuserfront weiterer zweistöckiger Appartements.
Die Raumaufteilung ist für Paare optimal: Im Untergeschoss liegt ein großer Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa und eine kleine Kammer mit Toilette und Waschmaschine.
Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte absolut nichts!!
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Bad mit Dusche, Bidet und Toilette und das Schlafzimmer, zusätzlich ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein Balkon über die ganze Breite des Appartements. Die Aussicht von diesem Balkon geht auf die Kirche von La Ciaccia!
Insgesamt also kein Meerblick vom Appartement aus; dazu muss man aber nur ein paar Meter gehen, da das Meer lediglich knappe 100 Meter entfernt ist (aber kein Strandabschnitt sondern steiler Küstenabschnitt).
Die Möblierung ist insgesamt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus auch massiv, insbesondere im Untergeschoss; die Matratze des Doppelbetts im Obergeschoss ist aber absolut nicht durchgelegen (2018!!!).
Die Atmosphäre war während unseres Aufenthaltes von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober insgesamt absolut entspannend und ruhig.
Angenehm sind die nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zwei Minunten Fußweg) für den täglichen Bedarf: eine Bäckerei/Konditorei, ein Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele.
Ein Fahrzeug ist natürlich, wie fast überall auf Sardinien empfehlenswert!

Bien situé et au calme
Maison agréable mais qui pourrait être améliorée grâce à quelques aménagements simples. Dommage que les consignes ne soient pas au moins traduites en anglais. La terrasse à l’etage Devrait être couverte avec de la paille car il est impossible d’en profiter à cause du soleil. Des volets manquent également à l’etage Pour réduire la chaleur dans la chambre et permettre ainsi d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Dommage aussi qu’il soit impossible d’ouvrir le velux de la salle d’eau. En bas, manque d’éclairage au-dessus de l’evier. Dans la petite cour à l’avant de la maison il faudrait tailler un peu l’arbuste ce qui permettrait d’assister au coucher du soleil de sa chaise. En parlant de chaises, 2 chaises longues auraient été les bienvenues. Mais la maison est fort bien située pour l’accès à la mer, les courses, les promenades et visites. Autre bémol, les ordures ménagères : difficile de comprendre où et comment les jeter ... Enfin une TV était annoncée hors il n’y en a pas mais ça ne nous a absolument pas manqué. Je recommande cet hébergement à une famille qui aime les chats, ils sont nombreux et tous adorables à la recherche de croquettes et de caresses.
