The Westscott at The Waters By Villa Real Escapes

Welcome to The Waters and the Uptown Lofts on Bridge Street. The Westscott Loft is a very comfortable urban-style loft on the third floor of our Townsquare building. The Loft has a fully equipt kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two bunk rooms. Central heat and air, a washer/dryer, and five flat-screen smart TVs, make it a wonderful place to spend a weekend a week, or a month. Enjoy coffee in the coffee shop downstairs, or take a stroll by one of three lakes., kayaking in Lake Cameron, relax by one of two swimming pools, or play tennis on the lighted courts. The Westscott is a private space we live across the street and are available for whatever you may need.
The Westscott is built to comfortably accommodate NO more than 6 guest
There are 6 stair steps leading to an elevator that takes you to the second floor to the outside entrance marked "33" , once you enter the foyer and select the door marked "B" you will use enter the Westscott loft through another flight of stairs. If you prefer stairs over the elevator there are stairs from the ground floor and another set on the side of the building that will take you to the outside entry on the second floor as well.


BY BOOKING THIS UNIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. NO SMOKING in or ON the property at all.
2. IF YOU ARE NEW TO VRBO AND HAVE NO REVIEWS WE WILL ASK TO VERIFY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM YOUR STAY!
3. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY REASON ALLOWED AT ALL!!
4. THE LOFT CAN ONLY BE USED BY REGISTERED GUESTS. CANNOT BE USED AS A STAGING OR PREP SPACE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES
5. We have one actively recording camera overlooking the building entry and driveway area which records video and audio.
6. The loft is part of a commercial/residential building with other residents who enjoy a quiet and peaceful living place. HOWEVER, as with any multi-tenant building, each loft in the building is surrounded by other residential lofts and all sitting on top of commercial spaces as with any building life you may hear neighbor movement and sounds and other noise from the commercial activity on the bottom floor
7. NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our sister’s wedding at the Chapel at the Waters. The community is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It was also so convenient being just a quick walk to the festivities. Our room was perfect and very clean. We will definitely be back for another visit!

My daughter’s wedding was at the Chapel so I rented 2 condos there. This one was for the groom and his friends. The decor was perfect for them. They had incredible bedrooms and lots of space. They enjoyed their bro reunion and were very comfortable.

Beautiful property for a fun, relaxing getaway!

This property is even more beautiful than the listing. It is cozy and has such a fun layout. Clean and comfortable, with so many fun and functional. Daniel, the owner, was so easy to work with and very responsive throughout our stay. We had everything we needed for meal prep at the loft, and the businesses underneath are adorable. The loft is so close to one of the beautiful pools and lake, which was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. It is an easy drive into Montgomery as well. We would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend this well maintained property.

Great location!

This was the coolest property. The hidden room was the best! We really enjoyed our stay - it’s a beautiful neighborhood with really friendly people. The property is comfortable, clean, safe, with little extras throughout. We stayed here for Auburn’s Family weekend - it was a great location. The website is incorrect or else I just read it incorrectly - it’s more than 15 miles from Auburn. It was a 40-45 minute drive but we still loved staying here. We hope to be back soon!! Thanks for a great stay! (If you have people with mobility issues, this property wouldn’t work for you. It has lots of stairs. My parents in their late 70s handled it fine but had our help with bags.)

Bill, Thank you again for staying with us and for being such fantastic guests!! You are right. You did see the reference to Auburn. It says Auburn Montgomery, referring to AUM which is about 15 minutes away from the property. This is incredibly confusing and hard-coded by VRBO I am trying to get them to remove that reference to AUM because it is confusing. I did not even know it was there! Come again soon.

We first found the Waters because we stayed, while on a business trip, in the vacation loft belonging to one of our wonderful neighbors. We fell in love with The Waters as we continued to come on a regular basis and stayed in our friend's "Loft" for about 18 months when I would come to Alabama before we finally purchased our home. We originally planned to purchase a second home that I would use as a residence while in Alabama working on various business projects but we found a home and a neighborhood that we just could not stay away from. We still have homes in other cities, but this is where we live most of the time now. We designed the loft to combine modern amenities in a luxury urban loft setting.
