Wonderful location for entire family near Brigantine Beaches, Bay & Golf Course

Pick your beautiful view...the bay, ocean or golf course! Less than 5-minute walk to the beach, safe family neighborhood, close to Brigantine restaurants, shops, golf and fishing. Only 10 minutes to Atlantic City shops and casinos. Every Saturday from June through Labor Day, the Brigantine Farmers Market is host to many great vendors and is right around the corner to enjoy and experience! The house has great living space with a large outdoor back deck with grill, outside shower and smart tv in every bedroom. There is also a nice deck out front for feeling the ocean breeze. The primary bedroom has its own deck with some ocean and bay views. It's a wonderful relaxing place with all the amenities you need. 6 beach tags are provided along with beach chairs for guests. We welcome pets (dog only) and do require a pet fee of $200 when booking. Easy entry with keypad and driveway parking. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths and fully stocked kitchen make staying easy. Bed linens and bath towels along with starter supply of essentials is included.

Dawn & Pete are wonderful hosts. They provided a lovely stay and allowed us to check in early once the cleaning staff was done who did a wonderful job cleaning the property. We had a great time as the property is right on the golf course and a short walk to the sea wall and beach. Dawn was super quick with responses and kind enough to provide beach equipment and linens which is great to have on hand and not transport ourselves. We would love to stay again!

This house was spacious, clean, short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for my family of 6 adults, 1 baby and small dog. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were lots of games to choose from. The outdoor shower was a big hit! The hosts were attentive.Will definitely stay again.

The house was super clean and in a great location; close to the beach, golf course, and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The owner(s) we’re super kind and responsive and offered tips and suggestions about things to do in the area. Our kids and dog loved our time and would definitely stay there again.

Favorite beach house yet!

Spacious home for four adults, two infants and two dogs. Porch allowed us to watch the golfers and kept the dogs in too. Close to the beach and in a nice area that was quiet.

A lovely getaway

Our thoughtful hostess made us very comfortable as soon as we walked in. The home was very clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and linens and a lovely view from the deck out back. She thought of everything! It was a quick walk to the beach too

The cleanliness, availability of items you need, even little things that aren't expected (like finding a pair of scissors in a pinch) are evidence this well kept home is loved by the owners. You aren't renting a corporate profit generator, where the barest minimum of effort is made. This feels personal. It's clean, like your perfectionist aunt's house. You don't worry if the cleaners skipped changing the sheets. You just know they did it. I doubt they've ever had a guest leave disappointed, considering my families' experience.

Great house with a view

This was a perfect spot for our family. The deck overlooks the golf course providing awesome sunsets. Golf course is under used so it’s not noisy etc. short walk to the beach and very close to dog beach. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. House had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We’d love to stay here again!

Great house great host. Not only was there great communication, she left a welcome package with a personalized letter. I LOVE THAT! It snowed while we were there and she had someone shoveling and putting salt down. House was super clean and very nice. Definitely would go back!!

Wonderful getaway!

Me and some girlfriends booked this sort of last minute to get one more beach wknd in before end of summer and could not have been happier with our choice! This was probably one of the cleanest properties we have every rented and we rent at least once a year. The house was exactly as described, beds were comfortable, it was in a quiet part of town and an easy walk to the beach. Our host Dawn was great! Communication was easy and timely and she was so friendly and thank you for the treat basket you left! We would definitely book this property again if we ever are heading to Brigantine and I would recommend others to do so as well!

Beach, Golf, and Family - A Perfect getaway!

Our family - two and four-footed had a fabulous time in this wonderful, cozy house that backs up to the golf course AND has access to beach! We loaded up the beach wagon (provided in the shed) and relaxed on the beach for hours! Our daughters threw a family surprise 40th dinner celebration on the back deck and used the nice grill to host a small intimate celebration. The golf course renewed our interest in golf - the guys played a round of golf and stopped at the house for a refreshment! The hosts were so responsive and answered our questions in minutes with kindness! We did not want to leave!

My husband and I came to this island just a few years ago and fell in love with the people and uniqueness of Brigantine. So many great places to enjoy without all the large crowds. But definitely close to fun nightlife nearby. Great restaurants are a plus as well.

We love this property because of the unique back yard, views of the ocean and bay. We also love the quiet neighborhood and being able to hear the ocean.
