We are pleased to present you this family-friendly and very exclusive luxury villa Villa Easy Living, which will meet even the highest demands.
It has a light-flooded living space of 130 m² with a generously cut floor plan and a very high-quality equipment - pure luxury.
From the partially covered south-facing terrace and the adjoining, fully fenced garden and outdoor Jacuzzi you have an unobstructed view of wide fields and meadows. Enjoy a dream view in southern exposure.
Through the inviting entrance area of this luxurious & exclusive feel-good ambience furnished, right semi-detached house "Villa Easy Living" you get through the hallway with cloakroom & mirror, in the spacious, light-flooded living & dining area with open kitchen.
The living area has a high quality leather sofa plus. Armchair & Bench, a large wall-mounted Full HD flat screen (excl. "SKY-TV) & a high-quality soundbar with BluRay player. A real highlight in this room is the gas fireplace as an additional, pleasant source of heat, which is easily adjustable from the sofa and can be used as an additional source of heat for underfloor heating.
The harmoniously integrated kitchen in this room is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. A 4-zone induction hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water & egg cooker, blender, high quality dishes, Leonardo glasses, pots, pans, and various useful cooking utensils make the heart of a make every amateur chef beat faster and make self-catering child's play. In addition, a capsule coffee machine (brand: "Tchibo Cafissimo" / capsules please bring your own) is available.
At a large dining table you can take a seat on an exclusive black leather bench and 4 leather chairs and enjoy culinary delicacies or game evenings. From the living area you enter the partially covered south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of wide fields and meadows.
The house is equipped with a per floor controllable floor heating. On the ground floor there is also a modern shower room (1 of 2 bathrooms), as well as one of a total of 3 bedrooms. All room doors in the EC have a width of 1 m, so wheelchair-suitable.
A high quality wooden staircase leads to the equally spacious first floor.
Here are 2 more comfortable bedrooms, each with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and enough storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One bedroom has a walk-in closet. Sloping ceilings give these rooms a special coziness. All 3 bedrooms have wall-mounted Full HD flat screens & blackout curtains.
From the hallway, you enter the daylight wellness bath with its own partially glazed sauna, floor-level, glazed walk-in-rain shower, designer vanity, towel warmer and toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with an integrated radio. The sauna bath also has an iPhone docking station (up to iPhone 4, then with adapter), so you can listen to your own music while relaxing in the sauna.
The partially covered terrace with adjoining, fenced garden is located on the south side of the Villa Easy Living & promises relaxing hours with unobstructed dream views. Here you can enjoy in good weather, certainly extensive sunbathing on 2 sun loungers (incl. Pads).
A separate storage room on the first floor has a washing machine and a dryer (free use / washing powder please bring your own).
1 baby travel bed and 1 high chair can be booked free of charge optionally (please register).
