The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the entire duration of your stay, and consumables are provided (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets).

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room raised by 4 steps, featuring a cathedral ceiling.
- A bright dining room with an old stone wall, exposed beam ceiling, a large fireplace, a table for six, and a large sideboard.
Please note: The fireplace is not in use and cannot be used during your stay.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, as well as cutlery and kitchen utensils.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1, 26 m², with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a large walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- Bedroom 3 with bunk beds
- A bathroom accessible from the second floor via 4 steps, featuring a large walk-in shower and a double sink.
- A spacious laundry room located to the right of the cabinet in the hallway leading to the living room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and sink.

The property features a very large, private, fenced-in garden of 1,800 m², not overlooked by neighbors, with a few trees and a large round Intex above-ground pool measuring 4.30 m in diameter, open from June 1 through September 30. A barbecue is also available for enjoying meals outdoors.

A private parking area with 2 spaces is available.
