Find peace and relaxation in the luxurious holiday home "Villa Charisma A" with its own sauna, south-facing terrace and garden.   The "Villa Charisma" consists of 2 separate semi-detached houses. Charisma stands for something special, so here you can enjoy a relaxing stay with plenty of peace in an exposed location directly opposite the castle course & view of the paddock. Not only golfers feel comfortable here, but also families with children.   You enter the entrance area of ���​the family-friendly right luxury semi-detached house "Villa Charisma A" by your own door. The spacious and light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen provides a stylish feel-good atmosphere.   A per floor adjustable floor heating ensures throughout the house for pleasant warmth. The exclusively furnished living area with a view into the garden conveys a special feel-good atmosphere, which is underlined by the high-quality gas fireplace, which provides additional pleasant warmth on cooler days.   Here you can relax on the cozy couch in front of a wall-mounted full-HD flat screen (+ SKY TV: Bundesliga, golf tournaments, Formula 1 or current film in HD quality). A DVD player and Hi-Fi are also available.   The harmoniously integrated, fully-equipped design kitchen in this room not only makes the heart of a hobby chef beat faster. From the light-filled living and dining area you enter the south-facing terrace overlooking the paddock and the adjoining private garden with brick built outdoor grill. On the ground floor you have a high-quality equipped wellness bath with in-house sauna, floor-level, glazed Raindance shower, design vanity and toilet. Here you can leave your stressful everyday life and uncomfortable weather during extensive sauna sessions behind. A high quality wooden staircase leads to the equally spacious first floor. Here are 2 feel-good bedrooms & 1 further shower bath with also floor-level spa shower. A washing machine was also introduced there.   Both bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), wandh. Full HD flat screens, work desks & ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Sloping ceilings give the bedrooms a special cosiness.   This non-smoking house is ideal for 1-4 persons. In addition, max. the placement of a baby (5. Person) in a baby travel bed.   The sun terrace with adjoining private garden is located on the south side of Villa Charisma & promises relaxing hours of sunshine. Here you can enjoy a cozy breakfast and extensive sunbathing on the 2 sun loungers. End the evening with a good glass of wine on comfortable garden furniture. Enjoy the crackling of the fire in the separate fire pit in the garden area, which will light you in the evening. Delicious grilled specialties are prepared on the brick walled outdoor grill. 2 parking spaces per house are available directly at the house. If you are planning a stay with more than 4 people, we recommend that you also book the other semi-detached house. Thus, the paths are short and 8 people can sleep adequately under one roof in the two separate semi-detached houses.
