Cozy 2-room apartment in the house Atlantic with about 41 sqm on 1 level (1. OG, with elevator) for up to 4 people. Good location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording. From here you can reach the beach, the spa center and the village center in just over 15 minutes on foot. A bus stop is also located in the immediate vicinity.

Bedsitter with pull-out sofa bed (160x200cm), built-in wardrobe, armchair, large TV (satellite), stereo compact system and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the covered and furnished balcony to the southeast overlooking the garden and the grove. Open kitchen with oven and fridge freezer. No dishwasher, no microwave. The kitchen is separated by a counter from the living room.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower and toilet. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten available. No WLAN. Shared washing machines and dryers (for a fee, in the 4. OG., 8. OG. and 12. Floor of the house). The apartment is through the basement entrance (on the right side of the main entrance) at ground level accessible without steps and automatic doors.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
