Cozy holiday by the sea.

Cozy 2-room apartment in the house Atlantic with about 47 square meters on 1 level (4. Floor, with elevator) for up to 4 people. In a beach near location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. With a beautiful view over the surrounding forest.

Living room with sofa for 2-3 persons, 2 armchairs, TV, BluRay player, stereo and dining table with 3 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west with stunning views over the forest. Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Philips Senseo capsule coffee machine and counter to the living area with 2 bar chairs. No dishwasher.

1. Bedroom (semi-open to the living area) with French double bed (140x200cm).
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm), wardrobe, chair and forest view.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower and toilet.

Hall with cloakroom, mirror, shoe rack and large wall unit with vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.

Parking space at the house. Bicycle storage rooms in the house (places subject to availability). No WLAN. Shared washing machines and dryers for a fee in the 4. OG, 8. OG and 12. OG of the house.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet. Alles war in wenigen Auto- bzw. Gehminuten zu erreichen. Trotz des Hochhauses und der vielen Parteien war nichts von den Nachbarn zu hören. Für den Preis muss man mit kleineren Mängeln rechnen, die aber nicht ins Gewicht fallen, wenn man kompromissbereit ist. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Mit Abstrichen in Ordnung

Leider keine Gardine vorhanden, daher ist es im Sommer ab ca. 4:20 Uhr hell ist in der Wohnung und dann erst wieder ab 23:00 Uhr. Keine Möglichkeit abzudunkeln. Im Kinderzimmer fehlte eine Lampe. Insgesamt sehr einfach, für den Preis aber in Ordnung. Küche war gut ausgestattet.
