Welcome to the Petites Landes region of Marsan, 5 km northeast of Mont-de-Marsan, in the village of Gaillères. With a 3-hectare pond nestled within a 16-hectare forest dedicated exclusively to hiking and fishing, you can truly disconnect from the world! Ponds, forest, fortified towns, a greenway, golf... Everything is close by for a week-long or weekend getaway. You can even explore our artistic world through introductory painting or drawing sessions (registration required)... Fun workshops for all ages! Enjoy a natural setting in this gîte, where a zen atmosphere reigns for your romantic stay. This true haven, with its modern and original décor, offers privacy and relaxation for your holiday in the heart of the village. This ground-floor gîte is attached to the owners' residence and located in the village center. This holiday home offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave. It includes one bedroom (one double bed), an open-plan shower room with a dressing area, and a separate toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, and Wi-Fi are also provided. You can enjoy the lovely, secluded, tree-lined and flower-filled interior terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, heating, and cleaning are included. The property also features a pellet stove (3 bags of pellets included per week) and electric heating. Parking is available in front of the cottage or directly opposite in the parking lot of the rural complex. The cottage is located opposite the church and the village shop, which offers a restaurant-style meal plan. The Bostens road is directly in front of the cottage.
