Place was great, host was very caring about any needs we had. Treated us very well. The parking was great, we pulled a 30ft trailer and had plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading our utv's. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and had a great stay.
The place was extremely clean! They have everything you need from kitchen cook ware to bath towels and wash cloths! The house stayed cool and was very comfortable! The owners are extremely nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this place!
Great location. Clean and well taken care of property. Tip - if you are coming in on 119 south get off at the Chattaroy exit faster than what GPS tells you.
Don't hesitate, just book it! Property was great, neighbor was great, location was perfect! From the pull through driveway to the .25 mile trip to either trail 11 or 12, this property is a hit! Inside has been updated nicely, very clean and beds were comfortable. Bring charcoal because the park style grill is great. Fire pit and provided firewood are an added bonus even though we were too tired to use them! Did I mention great location? In one day, we were able to start at the Buffalo trailhead, rode to Devil Anse and then on to Rockhouse (126 mile round trip on 2 quads and a KTM dirtbike!). If you want to do some "Iron Butt" riding, this is the perfect place. Communication with Carla and Terry was top notch. We are already trying to plan our next stay. Thanks for everything!
We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the location was terrific - not too far from the trail heads but still quiet and with an awesome view of the night sky. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the trailer was warm during the near freezing overnight temps. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for the Hatfield-McCoy trails.
The property was just as described and the owner was very nice and very communicative. The trails are just down the road and town is 10-13 minutes away.
The owners are the sweetest. Very quick to respond, willing to answer any questions and truly want to make sure your stay is perfect.
The lodge has everything that you need for your stay. I would highly recommend staying here!
Great location. Everything was better than expected. Tons of towels and shower items. Kitchen was fully stocked. Easy check in. Close to Buffalo trail head as described. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended
