Thatched cottage on Greifswalder Bodden on the Baltic Sea for 2-3 persons

The house has been completely modernized and refurbished. It is located on a partially fenced and partially covered with natural hedge land with a spacious sun terrace and a parking lot in front of the house.

The house has 2 floors with a floor space of 60m ². The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, sitting area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and a new bathroom with shower / WC and underfloor heating. Upstairs there is a walk-through room with a bed for 1 person and a bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons and satellite TV. In autumn 2016, a high-quality wooden staircase has been installed to make it easy to reach the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with parquet, laminate, thermal windows and central heating. In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, there are two bicycles, a barbecue and terrace furniture ready for you in the shed.

Top ausgestattetes Häuschen in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir waren mit dem Häuschen rundum zufrieden; die Küche ist nahezu komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage, der Naturstrand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht, am nahegelegen Hafen gibt es lecker Fisch ;) Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder!

Urlaub zum ausspannen und erholen

Schönes Häuschen mit Reetdach in ruhiger Lage, gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Herr Lange (Verwalter) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, absolut unkompliziert. Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub. Dafür möchten wir uns bedanken.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt . Auch der Farbgeruch wie in einer anderen Bewertung bemängelt war nicht mehr vorhanden.

Exzellentes Ferienhaus, aber leider heftiger Farbgeruch...

Ein wirklich süßes kleines Häuschen, sehr geschmackvoll im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, sehr sympathisch. Das Haus wurde innen gerade frisch gestrichen. An sich super. Allerdings waren offensichtlich alle Fenster und Türen anschließend längere Zeit geschlossen, so dass der Farbgeruch extrem intensiv war. Das war sehr beeinträchtigend, obwohl wir da wirklich null empfindlich sind. Deswegen haben wir einen Stern abgezogen. Schade, eine fabelhafte Unterkunft, aber gerade im Schlafzimmer war der Farbgeruch trotz massiven Lüftens ernsthaft sehr unangenehm. Da hätten die Vermieter einfach die Tage vorher für Auslüften sorgen müssen, das geht so leider nicht...
