When you book with us, you'll get the entire home to use except for owners' storage area, cleaners closet, and utility rooms. Both hot tub and pool are for exclusive and private use for our guests only.

We offer a range of amenities for your convenience, including bath towels, hand towels, bed linen, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, we provide a starter pack consisting of tissue paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, which should last for a few days.

🐾 We allow house trained, non shedding dogs and a pet fee of $175 will be charged after reservation is confirmed 🐾

Home is surrounded by woods and is close to trout lake. Home is not lakefront and doesn't have lake access. Close to walking and hiking trials !

Property and Ash were amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend for a large family.

Ski Trip - March 2024

We had 6 total guests (3 couples). Plenty of room to spread out. The location was ideal - less than 15 minutes away from Camelback. The house was very clean on the inside; there was some debris around the perimeter of the house - looks like it was left from construction. There were some technical issues - TVs would not connect to internet so no service and there was a holding pin broken on the pool table which made it slant - making it a challenge to play. Also front access code for door wasn't working at the time. Ash was very communicative - checking in on us and trying to solve the problems. The NFL Blitz video game was a hi-light and created fun competition. Also having the hot tub in the garage made access easy (didn't have to walk out in the cold). Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying there.

Poke-A-Nose Family Getaway

Each winter for the past several years, we’ve rented a home to have a family getaway. The homes have always had lots of space as well as games and amenities, and this house definitely delivered. The host, Ash, was very responsive, and what we appreciated in particular was the cleanliness With new cleaning products, soaps, etc. in each bathroom and kitchen. If you’re looking for a solid, go to in the Poconos, this is a good one!

Nice Place, Good Location

Overall the house was nice and had everything we needed to get settled in, was close to everything we wanted to do as well. The Host was really responsive and easy to talk to when needed.

It was ok

The house was ok pool table and air hockey table sucked I couldn’t enjoy the tables at all. We couldn’t really get comfortable on the leather couches because everybody kept sliding off of them. Only 1 bedroom with a tv doesn’t help people when people want to relax in their bed for a little bit and watch tv.

We live in New Jersey and use this home as a vacation home. We rent out when we are not using it so that others can enjoy what Poconos has to offer!

Located centrally in the Poconos close to everything and drivable from NJ, NY, and Philly. Property is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounds by woods and is a perfect vacation home thoughtfully furnished and usable in all 4 seasons.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a private heated inground Pool for use in summer, pool house to hang out, Large trex deck with charcoal and gas grill, finished basement with game room, indoor hot tub, bunk beds, patio with fire pit, great views and ample space for the perfect vacation for the entire family!
