Stunning lake views and direct access -

Amazing piece of property with lake views from two sides of the house and beautiful pond view from the front of the house, three sides of the house have water views. A very heavily wooded lot where privacy abounds. Your own private beach with the use of our boat. Sit out on the huge 50 foot covered deck and relax while viewing your own private paradise. The house has 6 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (and a water closet off the rec room), plus a sleeping loft. A large rec room with a pool table and bar.

The kitchen is brand new and you can enjoy views of the lake from there as well.

You are just 8 miles to the turnoff to Camelback Mountain which is one of the best mountains around for skiing and has a huge outdoor (summer) and indoor waterpark along with CBK Adventure Park with zip lines alpine coaster and in the other seasons. You are just minutes from the Casino and 10 miles to the Crossings Outlet Mall. Horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and paintball are all nearby.

The house has a propane fire-pit over looking the lake .

Please note you need to bring your own linens or rent. We do offer a sheet only package-to help with packing. Renting sheets and towels for the entire group/stay can also be accommodated.

We are a bunch of 50 somethings women, second time staying here. We barely leave the property. We cook , eat play games, cards, and drink wine for 3 days and enjoy the deck and fireplace the BEST . Will definitely go back next fall.

Time spent with family is the most valuable thing in life, and your house made our gathering truly memorable and well spent. The setup—from the family room to the amazing kitchen and dining area—was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time together. Moving between the main area, the deck, and the pool room and bar, everyone found a favorite spot. My whole family kept telling me how wonderful the house was.This house is truly special for anyone looking to stay in the area. Not only was the house spotless and ready for us, but the hosts also made everything easy with great communication and attention to detail. My daughters especially enjoyed sharing a fun moment with the newcomers as they tried to find the spice cabinets in the kitchen.

Annual golf outing with a group of 12. Perfect house, location, and the host, Jen was outstanding. She was proactive with me and set up a call before our trip which I found extremely helpful. We will 100% consider this house or other properties managed by Jen for future trips. I am not surprised at all this house has perfect reviews. It’s a treat and after many years of renting in the Poconos, this house is at the top of my recommendations based off value, quality, and service.

Poconos family week

We had a great week for our family reunion- all ages, loved the hot tub, big updated kitchen with plenty of cookware, big porch overlooking lake and big gameroom! Jen and her sister were super responsive to our questions before and during our trip!!

Great house with lots of room for big groups

Great house overall. Perfect for large groups - multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, adequate spacing in living areas, and a big covered porch that we used every day. Kitchen was fully equipped for every day cooking. Hosts were incredible at communication before and during the stay. Quiet and relaxing lake and great community overall with stores, shopping, parks, etc. closeby!

The girls called it epic!

As moms of girl scouts who worked so hard to sell cookies so they could go on camping trips it saddened us when COVID hit and the troop cancelled everything. Upon arrival the girls ran around shouting this is epic. That about sums it up. A wonderful getaway. They loved the beach area and taking the boats out... Owners are wonderful and set up everything.

Loads of fun for everyone

Our family couldn't be more thrilled with our experience at this property. The house looked just like the pictures, actually more spacious than it seemed. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with essentials. The house was clean when I arrived. Everything about the house was pretty much perfect. Having a private bathroom on the lower level was a plus for my disabled brother-in-law. And a bathroom on every level is a real plus. The main living area was comfortable for our entire party, kids watching tv, adults playing games at the dining room table and everyone helping themselves in the kitchen. The pool table and hot tub were a big hit with everyone, but the best amenity was private lakefront beach and access with owner provided use of boats and safety equipment! The host/owner, was quick to respond to my questions before & during my stay.

Fantastic Trip

Prior to even arriving at this stunning property Cari and Jenn were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I traveled with 10 adults and my 1 year old son for a Friday to Sunday stay. Jenn let me know exactly how the house was situated and what we would need for our stay over the phone and Cari followed up with a very through email explaining any and everything we would need to know about the house, along with contact numbers should any issues arise and texts the day of and the day we returned home to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The home itself is situated on a gorgeous lake with a breathtaking view from the second floor deck/hot tub. Home was immaculate and beautifully set up for us. TVs with streaming services/YouTube tv on every floor and in every bedroom. A gorgeous kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, new stove with vent hood and an island counter top. All kitchen amenities were readily available for us to cook our meals and clean up after ourselves. All the bedrooms were large with tons of natural light and comfortable beds for us to relax in after enjoying ourselves throughout the day. Cannot recommend this property enough. Gorgeous house with a spectacular layout and great views to enjoy a beautiful winter weekend and lovely owners who could not of been friendlier or more happy to help with whatever we needed. Cannot wait to book again.

My family and I had a delightful stay! The house, set on the banks of Emerald Lake, was very clean with plenty of space and a gorgeous kitchen. My family and I enjoyed lounging on the big deck and in the hot tub overlooking the lake, and made good use of the canoe and row boat. Grandkids loved the community's amenities such as the swimming pools, sandy beach and playgrounds. The owners were excellent communicators (and so friendly!), providing detailed instructions for all aspects of their property. Truly a beautiful place that we hope to visit again!

The covered back porch was a perfect place to visit with family! We loved the little beach with easy access to the lake where we could launch our paddle boards.The living space was comfortable and accommodating for our big family.

There’s good and bad

We can start with the good. This property was great they had a wonderful hot tub that was very clean and the house was super spacious with a very nice kitchen. But basically nothing was included, no paper towels no cleaning products, no toilet paper except what’s on the current roll in the bathroom and nothing to cook with no oil or even salt and pepper. Which the property owners did call us and tell us about but when you’re on vacation with friends and family you don’t want to have to bring your own sheets to make your bed. It just seemed like the owners were cutting corners to try and save money but I don’t think we should be responsible for cleaning when most of the pots and pans were still dirty so they weren’t checked between uses. I would return they gave us a free day for booking on a weekend and the owners were nice enough. Just keep in mind they did not remove any snow or ice on the stairs or the front walkway the only removal they had was the driveway which was our main entry way anyway.
