The 400m2 finca with large pool area, outdoor terraces, common room, fully equipped modern kitchen, BBQ offers 6 high-class rooms all with bath en suite!
Our new renovated finca can accommodate up to 12 people. The large pool area with its many terraces offers plenty of space to enjoy the Mallorca sun!
Common room, dining room offer a direct exit to the very spacious pool area and the very large covered terrace!
The modern, newly renovated kitchen is fully furnished and offers a high standard of construction with high-quality appliances.
The rooms are decorated in different colors and matched with the bathroom en suite. Some rooms offer a terrace or balcony with a view of the pool area.
The location is very quiet and nice. An oasis of relaxation. In a few minutes you are in Artà where there are various restaurants, cafes, bars and a shopping arcade. Museum, nature park and four golf courses and many other beautiful attractions are in the area!
The sea in the beautiful Colonia de Sant Pere can be reached in about 10 minutes.
From the finca, you are in a few minutes, via a paved road on the MA 12 towards Can Picafort, where all cyclists meet for your tours.
