About this property
One bedroom apartment, quiet
The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, on a cross street from Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a "Spar" supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9 p.m. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL and Magna international staff.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate bath and toilet.
All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In the house there is a room with washer and dryer with free access for our guests.
Sheets, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Blankets and pillows are available free of charge.

Nur für anspruchslose Sparfüchse
Anspruchslose Sparfüchse finden hier viel Platz in einer spärlich möblierten und dusteren Wohnung. Ich hab mich wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten. Einziger Lichtblick ist die wirklich tolle Lage!

schmuddelig und stinkig
Alte, sehr abgenutzte stillose Möbel. In einem der beiden Zimmer, und in der Küche gibt es kein Fenster das man öffnen kann. Dementsprechend riecht es auch. Die Wohnung gleicht insgesamt dem Abstellraum eines Altwarengeschäftes. Betreuung allerdings freundlich.
