Bel emplacement

Bel emplacement ( rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage et près du centre ville ) pour ce studio spacieux et bien agencé et très bien équipé. Décoration soignée , matelas excellent. Rez de jardin très agréable avec possibilité de barbecue. Quelques inconvénients a noter : un peu bruyant en raison des passages dans le couloir la porte d’entrée gagnerait à être changée ainsi que les serrures . J’y ai passé trois jours très agréables .

Bon séjour à Cavalaire

Séjour agréable malgré quelques inconforts : une mauvaise insonorisation, les claquements bruyants de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble finissent par être pénibles surtout la nuit, et la terrasse inutilisable car infestée de moustiques, dommage !! Toutefois l'appartement est confortable et bien équipé.

Für die Gegend und diesen Preis sehr gut, sehr kleines Apartment, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Strand nur eine Straße zu überqueren. Günstiger Standort um die Côte und Provence zu erkunden.

Face à la mer !

Grand studio fort agréable au rez de chaussée (modernisation toutefois à terminer) avec une belle terrasse, un emplacement de parking réservé. Idéalement placé. Les commerces sont à 5mn à pied. Nous le conseillons pour un couple et reviendrons sans hésitation.
