Country house just 5 minutes from the ocean!

Ideal house for 2 people for a country and seaside stay, in the immediate vicinity (Ouville la rivière - less than 2 km) of all types of shops (including a petrol station and a pharmacy). On the ground floor, you have a large room with an open fitted kitchen (without dishwasher) and a living room with TV and sofa bed. The accommodation is equipped with 2 bathrooms. The first has a bath, a sink and a washing machine with drying rack. Towels are not provided. The second is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a sink. The bedroom is upstairs with a 140 cm double bed (duvet and pillows provided, sheets and covers not provided), storage space and a cot. Some rooms will not be accessible this summer on the upper floor, due to work in progress to increase the capacity. This will not impact your stay in any way. You can relax outside on the terrace equipped with a swing and 2 armchairs and have lunch under the wisteria. You have a private parking space and access to the garden with a ping-pong table.
In Longueil, you can enjoy a sports course with a petanque court. You can also have lunch at the restaurant La Petite Pause. The house is located 3 km from the sea, also accessible by a hiking trail along the Saane. During your stay, you can visit Veules-les-Roses, one of the most beautiful villages in France, located only 10 km away. You can also discover many beaches with their typical Normandy cliffs (Varengeville - Pourville-sur-mer,....). In Dieppe (15 km), you will have all the advantages of a city of 30,000 inhabitants with many tourist attractions (castle, museum, city of the sea, cinema, casino, golf, sea walk, Saturday morning market, restaurants,...).
