Die nahen Hausberge Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch und der Hochfelln bieten mit und ohne Lifthilfe eine Vielzahl von wunderschönen Berg- und Wandertouren. Einzigartige Wanderwege führen durch die ortsnahe Kendlmühlfilze. Der Chiemsee und die umliegenden Seen laden im Sommer zum Baden ein. Im Winter führt die Langlaufloipe in unmittelbarer Nähe am Haus vorbei. In ca. 8 Minuten sind Sie zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Grassau mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß sind Sie am örtlichen Reifinger Badesee. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Gesamtpreis inkl. WLAN kostenfrei.
