Welcome to our apartment ideally located in the heart of the Longchamp district, one of the most pleasant and practical areas of Marseille. Completely renovated and decorated with care since November 2025, it offers a modern, warm and comfortable setting to discover the Phocaean city.

❄️ A real plus in summer: air conditioning is present throughout the accommodation, for cool nights even during the high heat of Marseille.

🛏️ The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests:

* a master bedroom with a 160x200 double bed;
* a second bedroom that also serves as an office, equipped with a premium 150x190 inflatable mattress with comfort equivalent to a real bed;
* a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for a child or an extra bed.

📍 The location is one of the great assets of the apartment. You are only a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Parc Longchamp and its emblematic Palace. All everyday shops are in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, organic supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, cafes and restaurants. The metro and tram are a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the Saint-Charles train station, the Old Port, La Plaine, the Cours Julien or the beaches of Marseille.

⚠️ Please note: this is our main residence. Some personal belongings therefore remain on site and the storage space is more limited than a property dedicated solely to rental. Above all, we are looking for respectful, careful and trustworthy travellers, and we do our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
