Les plus : balcon vue mer, proximité des restaurants et commerces, plage très agréable (même après en avoir testé d'autres), place de parking, un grand frigo, climatisation dans les chambres, volet sur le balcon, vue sur le coucher de soleil, 2 WC. Les moins : duplex au premier étage (pas clair dans l'annonce), 2 chambres et non 3, pas de pression dans la douche vétuste, lave-vaisselle fait sauter les plombs, 2 stores chambre du haut cassé (comme déjà annoncé dans le commentaire deux semaines avant), WC ventilé dans le corridor, WC du haut mal fixé. Communication avec l'agence fort succinte et pas fructueuse. Literie un peu dur en bas (c'est une question de préférence) Les condiments de base annoncés dans l'annonce n'y étaient pas.(Huile vinaigre poivre) La salle de bain est en haut et non en bas (p-e important pour certains) En bref ce logement a beaucoup de potentiel, ça fait le job, mais mériterait un coup de frais et quelques finitions. Instructions très claires pour récupérer la clef de l'appartement. Seul bémol: la porte de la chambre du bas ne se ferme pas à cause du lit

Excellent séjour bon acceuil de Jonathan l'appartement est proche de tout (océan, magasin, restaurant, promenade) seul bémol la cabine de douche a besoin d'une rénovation manque de pression dans le pommeau de douche mais naltère pas le confort. A part cela tout était parfait et conforme a la description.
