Country Side Spacious ranch home

The House:

In this beautiful one-story bungalow, there are luxuries beyond your imagination. With a 5ft depth swimming pool, cabana, master jacuzzi, bar counter, 50 inch TV, fully equipped kitchen, spacious outdoor patio, outdoor grill and many more, this house is one to crave and love. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a private master suite, with its own private walk-in closet and bathroom, away from the other two bedrooms giving off very regal vibes. With the horse water fountain upfront, your vacation in this enjoyable house will be one to envy.

Guest access
Property is located on US 11 highway. Its 1 hour from Frisco and Plano, 45 mins from Allen and 30 mins from Mckinney. Guests will be provided with middle gate acces code (one of the 3 gates) to enter inside the property. There will be a lock box at the front entrance which can be opened with lock box code (This code is separate from gate code). Key will be found inside the lockbox. Guests will also be provided with garage code to have access to garage space.
Its a 3 car garage and also there is space in front and back of garage which could fit up to around 10 cars. And there is ample of space for additional parking.

Other things to note:
For security purposes there are multiple cameras installed outside the house covering all directions.

Additional sleeping arrangements:

Day bed (Twin size) with a trundle is available in office room where 2 people can sleep comfortably.
If there are any additional guests coming more than 12 guest count please let us know so we can provide floor mattresses as we have 4 of them readily available. Each additional guest more than 12 and upto 16max has to pay an additional price. If there are no more than 12 guests but still if additional mattresses need to be provided then it would be $20 per mattress.

Only a 5 minute drive from Wolfe City, this place is an oasis of its own. Within a 15min drive there is a Walmart, Dollar General, Lowes, and many necessity stores. In case of an emergency, there are plenty of Pharmacies, and Hospitals nearby in 15min drive. For those that choose to enjoy outside food, there are fast food, street food, authentic cuisines, and desert places close by around commerce and Greenville areas. And those who enjoy playing golf there is nearby country club named Webhill. With everything nearby and easily accessible, this destination is even better!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Moving any of furniture from its original place is strictly prohibited. If for any reason it got moved place it back before check out.
If there is any minimal decor setup in house patio for a gathering all the decor has to be removed
Text the host once checked out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside house. Dedicated setup is available outside of house (backside of garage) near small barn.

It was a beautiful spacious place for 14 guest! The pool and slide were a huge hit. The kitchen floors were kind of sticky and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cabinets but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Great house for a family/Friend get together! Amazing location!

Family trip 2024

This was an awesome place for our party of 17. Plenty of places to sleep comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool.We also fished in the beautiful ponds that are on the property.Big kitchen for all our meals throughout the weekend. Perfect for friends and family get together

Home was very spacious and had all we needed. Kitchen and other areas of home were not cleaned very well but we made it work. Overall if house was cleaner upon arrival it would have been perfect.

Perfect Family Staycation Spot

My family loved our time in this home! The pictures don't do this property justice; it was more incredible in person. The location is so peaceful! The amenities are excellent! Everything you could need is provided. There was so much space for the kiddos to run around. The pool was perfect!! So many loungers by the pool everyone could have their own seat. We had some wifi issues, but the owner was fantastic, communicated quickly to resolve it, and was apologetic about the inconvenience! My family and I are definitely going to book a stay in this home in the future. Highly recommend booking here! Thanks again for hosting us!

Your reservation will get cancelled if a bigger event books the same weekend

The property has a house and event space. I booked the house for an annual trip between college friends (12+ people, have done it every year for over 20 years). The reservation was made 3ish months in advance of the weekend. I was contacted by the owners 2 weeks prior to the reserved weekend and informed "they had made a mistake and double booked the property". They said the other booking was a wedding and "since it was a wedding, it was not flexible on dates". I reminded that our reservation was made 3 months ago and should take precedence. They disagreed and cancelled our booking to secure the more profitable wedding. This marked the first time in 20+ years our group was unable to get together as we were unable to find a suitable alternative venue in such a short period of time. Be aware that your house reservation will get cancelled if the event space is booked after the fact for the same weekend as the house. Would not recommend doing business with this property

Hi Todd- Sorry that we had to cancel your reservation and all the inconvenience that was caused because of that. But please note this is our first cancellation and we have now put additional measures in place so it wouldn’t occur again. It didn't happen due to human error and we cancelled due to a wedding. It happened due to a system error where house and venue calendars weren't synching and caused a double booking. the moment we realised that we have informed you immediately and also gave an option to move to another date and also have one more extra free night due to the inconvenience. But I understand another date might not work for you. At that point we were helpless as you all know how much the guests has to prepare for a wedding. It’s not just about money it’s about the bride who booked venue and keeping that in mind unfortunately we have to cancel your stay.

The pictures to not do this property justice!

This ranch home is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do it just! There are 3 bedrooms and an office. Each bedroom is big and the master suite is HUGE. The master suite has a king bed and a couch. The 2 bedrooms have 2 (I think queen sized) beds. The office has a day bed with a trundle bed. The pictures make the rooms seem small but they are actually really big. EVERY bedroom has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo and walk in closets! The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate stand alone tiled shower that has several water jets (luxury at its finest) along with 2 shower heads. The home was very clean and well kept and was also well equipped with everything you would need for cooking and eating. The pool is well maintained and clean. DO NOT use the pool heater though. The house is run on propane and while we were there, the propane ran out….Thankfully the owner (who was EXTREMELY easy to talk to and get a hold of) had the gas company out at the property within the hour to refill the tank. One thing that I did not know from the pictures was how large this property actually is. There is a HUGE indoor barn/event area where you can have weddings!! There is tons of room for guest parking too. There is a LARGE outdoor, covered area as well where you could host an event. The whole property is just amazing! We definitely enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of linens and towels. There’s also a washer and dryer and DOUBLE ovens too. This would be an amazing location to have a wedding. I wish we had known that this was a possible wedding venue location before we booked our other venue. There are lots of ponds to go fishing in as well. The kids loved the ponds! There’s 2 dining areas/tables and a fireplace between the entry door and living room. This was probably one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever rented and trust me, we’ve rented A LOT as we travel frequently! Thank you dream ranch for an excellent experience ツ

Overall this is a great place! The property and house are beautiful! There were a few things broken that if fixed would have made this stay perfect. The owners were kind and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the stay and hope to come back next year!

Great place to stay and better hosts

Very nice place to stay and close to Commerce for access to Walmart and some great dining locations. The property is fantastic and well kept. We had a couple of issues and the hosts were right on it even. Couldn't ask for better.
