About this property

Welcome to our quiet neighbourhood, centrally located in French Creek - easily explore Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs and beyond!

We are located just across the street from the ocean, which makes for great walks and a blast of fresh ocean air every time you open your door. Morningstar and Eaglecrest Golf Club can be found just 5 minutes away, and 10 minutes in either direction will take you to Qualicum Beach's charming downtown or Parksville's famous beaches.

The suite is located on the main floor of our family home. You'll enjoy a separate entrance, parking in front, and a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The suite was newly built just a few years ago, complete with a spacious bedroom and bathroom with two sinks, and a washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable.

Our family lives on the second floor; we have two busy kids to and a dog so you will hear them! We do take our quiet time seriously, and all renters agree to quiet hours between 10pm - 6am, and no smoking or vaping in or around the property. We look forward to welcoming you! Quiet location near water!

Lovely suite with comfortable furnishings and the surrounding area is very nice. They have small children but they didn't bother us. The down side was the weather which was very cold and wet for the whole week.

Exactly As Advertised

I stayed here with my mom this year (2023) for summer vacation, and I can't say I had any complaints about this VRBO. It was perfect, the suite has comfortable furniture and a warm bed. It is more than enough space for two people. The property itself is fabulous, we liked the wine bottle art & the private alcove to the side for sitting. Kitchen is completely stocked and there is tons of brochures/menus for the area. I will note that you can sometimes hear the family when they are home, but the soundproofing in the property is so good that it never bothered us one bit. The Quite Time rules are appreciated, we noticed this community is so peaceful itself at night you will have no trouble sleeping. What can I say about the area other than it looks like a million bucks? It's close to Qualicum and Parksville, but French Creek itself has it's own little beach which is a five minute walk away (I recommend water shoes though as it's a rocky beach, not sandy). The weather was sunny all that week. The only thing that was missing was some salt & pepper shakers, there is salt it's just in the box. Other than that everything was fantastic, the hosts are so welcoming and even gave us some freshly caught salmon, we would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Kristen and family!
