Steps from the Beach, in the heart of Parksville in the Bay! Enjoy Park Sands Resort in a permanent 40’ 2015 Sundance RV. 1 bedroom with additional double pull out couch. Fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities for recreation living. Your own private fences yard of artificial turf, bbq and propane, fire pit(Propane NOT Included). Lawn chairs, seating. Free wifi and tv with electric fireplace. Enjoy the peace, with Quiet in the park after 11pm. Walk to the endless beach, Pickleball and tennis courts: outdoor adult fitness area and kids park. Many food vendors and shoppers all within walking distance. Vending laundry mat is in the park.

Private and comfy!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The location is very private. Quiet. Beautiful. The RV is very spacious, clean, and comfy. I will book again!

A nice place. The RV provided enough kitchen utensils and has own space divided from other Rv. Walking distance to beach and big community park playground nearby. Good RV park and awesome location. Recommend to anyone. Ps: owner provided air condition, that is big surprise specially hot weather. God bless

Awesome location and unit having a fenced yard was a huge added bonus .

This is a great location and helpful owners The air conditioning had broke before we arrived and they managed to get a portable in before we arrived Would love stay again if available if we return to the island

Service at VRBO

The property was as advertised, however it was not as clean as expected such as cups and glasses, some dark hair in the bed, a stain on the sheet.these were minor and easy to overcome. I had more trouble dealing with VRBO since they could not connect to the internet with me because my cell phone 6 was out of date at IOS 12.5.5 and the minimum required was 14.0 and when I tried to update using the app store they said an older version was available, but it did not work! this was very frustrating for me and I could not connect with anyone at VRBO help option.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay! The location could not be beat! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, huge playground and spray park. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items, and large enough to move around in. We hope to come back again next summer!
