ATTENTION: We are installing a Pool and Hot Tub in the backyard in May and June 2024. Bookings during this time will not have use of the back yard and will experience construction workers on site during the day. If this is going to be an issue for your group, please DO NOT book during that time.

Close Proximity to Tampa International Airport, Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Bayshore Blvd, Raymond James Stadium, and the Beaches. The Exterior of this home is monitored on video surveillance. No Parties of any kind will be permitted.

- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (12 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and 2 cars must be parked in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No street parking.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
