The ground floor features two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate bathroom, offering a practical and accessible living space. The fully equipped kitchen allows food lovers to prepare delicious meals to share around the large dining table, warmed by the fireplace insert on cooler evenings. Book lovers will appreciate the library, while the smart speaker will provide musical accompaniment for your moments of relaxation. To extend your evenings, the cellar—furnished with benches, armchairs, and chairs—offers an authentic space to enjoy a glass of Champagne or share a cosy moment with family or friends. With no neighbors directly across, the private pool—fully secured by a gate (accessible from early May to late September depending on weather conditions, heated to 25–26 degrees, open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.)—becomes the heart of your holiday.
