This cozy studio has it all; air-conditioned and fully furnished. It is located on the 4th floor of Alnujoom Tower (Burj AlNujoom), has a total area of 42 sqm, and capacity for 2.
The main room features a white queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens, and colorful cushions. The room also has a large TV unit with storing spaces, a TV, night table with lamp, and a black armchair nested over a matching carpet. That, in addition to wall decors and accessories.
The room is well-lit, as the wall-to-wall glass doors let in natural light. It gives access to a private balcony overlooking the busy street with sky scrapers bordering the boulevard.
Next to the living / sleeping area is a nice kitchen and a seating area with a table and two chairs. The kitchen is filled with wooden cabinets and black countertops, and has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, a coffee machine and a stove.
There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a bathtub with curtain, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
