Sie erreichen in wenigen Minuten den Königssee, die Jennerbahn und mit dem Auto den Markt Berchtesgaden. Es besteht auch eine gute Busverbindung. Wohnung 1: Vom Balkon der großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung mit ca. 70 m2 haben Sie einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, sep. Schlafzimmer, Essecke, komplett ausgestatteter Küche mit Spülmaschine, DU/WC, Flachbild-TV und Radio-CD bietet Platz für 2 - 4 Personen. Wohnung 2: Die geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock hat eine Größe von 97m2. Im großen hellen Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Polstercouchecke, Kabel-TV (LCD 39'') und Radio-CD. Die Küche mit angrenzendem Eßzimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination und Spülmaschine. Die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten (1,80/2,00m) sowie ein Zustellbett im größeren Schlafzimmer ist verfügbar. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, extra Dusche und WC. Eckbalkon nach Südosten. Das Sportangebot reicht vom Mountainbiken, Schwimmen (Watzmann Therme/Freibad), Tennis, Golf (9 holes), Reiten, Fitness, Rodeln, Skilaufen, Paragliden bis hin zur Sommerrodelbahn. Keine Haustiere. Kinderermäßigung WLAN kostenfrei im Haus.
