Cocoonr is offering this 1890s townhouse in Montceau-les-Mines for rent. It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over a ground floor and two upper floors.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 70 m² living area with a TV, a sofa, a wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

On the second floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A 300 m² south-west-facing garden, fully enclosed and private. A gas barbecue, a table and ten chairs, as well as outdoor games (petanque balls, pocket game) are available for your use.
- A 12 m² balcony, facing west, accessible from one of the bedrooms on the first floor.

The house is ideally situated in Montceau-les-Mines, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, on the banks of the Canal du Centre. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, a bakery, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Cycling (along the Canal du Centre, the Southern Burgundy Loop, CycloRoute71, etc.)
- Visits to the region’s historic sites (Cluny Abbey, the Gallo-Roman town of Autun, Sully Castle, La Verrerie Castle in Le Creusot, Villa Perrusson in Ecuisses, the Basilica of Paray-le-Monial)
- Exploring the vineyards of Southern Burgundy (Mâconnais, Pouilly...) and the Côte Chalonnaise (Mercurey, Givry, Montagny...).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (concrete surface, accessible at the far end of the garden, enclosed by a manual gate – space for 3 to 4 vehicles)

- Nearest airport: Dole-Jura, 102 km away

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; firewood is provided.
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
