Private family-friendly apartment - 8 people, with WIFI, small garden

Nice apartment with everything you need. Our apartment is suitable for a weekend vacation as well as for longer stays - especially if you are professionally in our region. Our apartment is very central to the A3 and A 73 motorways. You can reach Herzogenaurach, Forchheim and Erlangen in a few minutes - whether you want to go to Adidas, Puma, Siemens or the university.

Our apartment is located in the community of Röttenbach in a very well-kept environment. The apartment is fully equipped.
Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us.

A small garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities is available. The apartment is centrally located, good restaurants with Franconian and international specialties as well as shops (REWE, Norma) and various bakeries with cafes can be reached in a few minutes.

The apartment is approximately 85 m2 and has a large dining room. We have two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there are 3 sleeping possibilities (1 x single bed, 1 x bunk bed). The second bedroom has a total of 5 sleeping options (3 x single beds, 1 x bunk bed).

There is a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet is an extra room.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped - with an oven, stove, fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, coffee maker and kettle and everything else you need is available.

You can reach our apartment very easily - just a few minutes from the A3 - exit Erlangen West or Höchstadt Ost or coming from the A 73 via Baiersdorf.

We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately cannot allow pets - the area is already occupied by our little Tina :-)
