The backyard is well equipped with a heated pool heated to 80 Deg F all year, covered outdoor dining along with a propane fire pit . The inside of the home is clean and uncluttered with excellent high speed internet offering a comfortable environment for both work and pleasure. Nearby paved trails offer both hiking and biking adventures for you and your family. Nearby parks will allow you to get outdoors and get some exercise while visiting Phoenix. This home is pet friendly to dogs with a fully enclosed backyard so bring your 4 legged family member with you!

Parking available in driveway as well as in oversize 2 car garage available for guest use throughout their stay.

We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(

There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the pool. The RV Guests will use their own separate driveway. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved.

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Please do not remove the pool cleaner from the pool or the pool heater may cease to operate correctly

This property has a driveway camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.

Mid-Century Resort

The house was perfectly set up and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The kids loved everything from the pull up bar in the garage to the Dino floatie!! Loved the decor and the ease of everything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Great Spot

Very well furnished and clean house. Had all the amenities you would need and was well stocked with cleaning/bathroom supplies. Appliances were all newer and easy to use. As mentioned bu previous reviewers, 80 degrees for the pool could be chilly if the sun wasnt out as it was the first 2 days of our stay, but the remainder of the trip was 75-80 degrees and sunny outside, so the pool temp was fine. The pool is a nice large size and was in full sun from 11am-4pm for us. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but 5 minutes from a grocery store and food options. Also provides easy access to main roads to explore the phoenix area. Owners were easy to contact and responsive to the couple questions we had. Would 100% recommend staying here with confidence.

Comfortable Getaway

Our stay at Tiki Velo was very pleasant. The house is in a quiet, convenient to various highways area and well equipped. We especially enjoyed having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The owner was very responsive and cooperative to our requests. The pool was heated but it was too cool for us to use it but the fire pit was a nice touch in the evening. All in all, a great time.

Property is just as advertised! We had a blast lounging and playing in the pool! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Phoenix!

Terrific Place

We enjoyed just about everything during our stay here. Our only complaint would be that the pool was only set at 80 degrees. This would be our ideal setting when warm/hot outside. It was just a bit chilly for the 70 degree temp that we experienced for part of our stay.
