About this property

Welcome to your river paradise! Our 3/2 home is located less than a half-mile away from the beautiful Homosassa springs, by water. Whether you chose to fish off the private dock, snorkel for scallops, or kayak to the springs, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the river from our home. This house was completely updated with no expense spared and has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. You will be drawn to the outdoor living space which features an oversized screened in patio with plenty of seating, a separate outdoor dining table for 6, and an outdoor TV. There is also a large dock for your boat, four kayaks for guests’ use, a separate game-room with a pool table and ping pong table, and industrial ice machine, lots of outdoor games and accessories, and a fully outfitted fish cleaning station.

The Home

The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a private outdoor shower, and an air-conditioned garage, which has been converted to a game room.

The master has a king size bed and en suite bath with dual sinks and shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle.

There are 5 smart TVs throughout the house which have access to Hulu live and Disney plus.

The air-conditioned garage features a pool table and ping pong table.

Outdoors

Outdoors you will find a spacious outdoor screened in patio to enjoy bug-free sunsets. There is a covered dining table, plenty of seating and an outdoor smart TV. Beyond the screened in porch, you will find a fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and large yards on both sides of the house. The home also has a brand new large dock to dock your boat (the boat on lift is for owner use only). No bridges to the spring or the Gulf and minutes to the several local ramps.

Guests will also have access to the propane grill, coolers, four kayaks, cornhole, ladder toss, bucket toss, fishing gear, and various floats for the springs.

This is a residential neighborhood with great neighbors, please no loud music late at night, parties or smoking on any part of the property. Discounts for longer stays and monthly rentals. Only one trailer allowed in the driveway.

Amazing

We booked a girls trip to (hopefully) paddle to see manatees. It was cold and nonstop drizzling rain the first two days there, but the house was so nice for just hanging out and chatting we didn't even mind the rain that much. The outside/covered porch area is so spacious, the pool table/ping pong is fun, and the seating is super comfortable. The best part of the house is that the beds were actually comfortable! This is my 5th visit to the area, and the first house with comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat. It's a very short paddle to the state park. We saw dozens and dozens of manatees. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the stove and oven are not super intuitive to work.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at the house. We were able to launch our kayaks right there and the screened in patio is where we hung out the most. Erin dropped off a basket of goodies for us which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again. There were several nice restaurants just right down the street and the neighborhood was very quiet. There’s a short kayak ride to the park where you can see the manatee and plenty of turtles. Thanks for the great stay.

Great House in Homosassa

The house was like brand new, super clean, lots of games/pool table/ping pong, stocked kitchen, great screened area and easy paddle to Homosassa Park. The owners communicated well and took good are of us. :)

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood for its close proximity to the Homosassa Springs. The neighborhood also has wide, deep-water canals which are perfect for accommodating almost any size boat.

What makes this property unique

Our house is completely updated, inside and out. We also have an extra large enclosed patio and a very large dock to fit multiple boats. The separate game room is a very popular amenity along with our industrial ice machine for all of your fishing and scalloping needs.
